ACCIDENT, INJURY OR NEAR-MISS INCIDENT

All work-related injury, illness, exposure, and near-miss events involving UW personnel must be reported within 24 hours of the incident; however, some incidents require immediate notification.

Samples collected via the Husky Coronavirus Testing voluntary research study do not need to be reported because positive results are reported directly to the COVID-19 Response and Prevention Team.
