The Respiratory Protection Program Manual includes the applicable elements listed in the Washington Administrative Code 296-842-12005, including responsibilities and procedures for respirator selection, medical evaluation, fit testing, training, use procedures, and maintenance.
Reproductive Hazard Guidelines
The Reproductive Hazard Guidelines inform employees, students, and volunteers about potential reproductive and developmental hazards, and advise on safe work conditions and practices in their work environment. The guidance addresses both female and male reproductive health risks, and contains details on identifying, evaluating, and reducing those workplace risks.

This report provides a brief synopsis of the exhaustive evidence of the adverse health effects of tobacco use, and a summary of the multitude of approaches and experiences that other universities have implemented to prohibit smoking on campus. The goal of this report is to provide information for a data-driven decision regarding the adoption and implementation of a campus-wide tobacco free policy.

This guide contains instructions for a list of specific shop-related wastes as well as general guidance for spills and disposal.
This guide was written for shops operated by UW Facilities. Other groups on campus, such as laboratories, that produce the chemical wastes discussed in this guide are welcome to also use it as a reference and training tool.
