Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) launched a new Asbestos Awareness Refresher Online course that replaces the annual in-person refresher course, providing participants the flexibility to complete their training at their own pace.
Course highlights:
- Duration: Up to 2 hours (self-paced)
- Completion: Pass the course quiz
- Access: Available 24/7 on Bridge
Requirements: This course is mandatory for University personnel involved in maintenance or custodial services in buildings containing asbestos materials that may be disturbed during work activities. This course is required annually.
- Please note: New employees must first attend the in-person Asbestos Awareness Initial course prior to taking the refresher course.
