University units can use the Supplemental Accidental Prevention Plan (SAPP) Template (Word) to organize their worksite-specific health and safety information, and address employee protections from site-specific occupational hazards that extend beyond the core Accident Prevention Plan

The department must annually update their Supplemental Accident Prevention Plan and make it available to all existing and new employees.
