Hydrofluoric Acid Safety Online

Intended audience

This course is required initially for University personnel who work with or may be exposed to hydrofluoric acid in the workplace, including those who work in research, clinics, teaching laboratories, shops, and facility services.  

Description

This course teaches about hydrofluoric acid health hazards, regulated exposure limits, engineering controls to prevent exposures, safe use practices, personal protective equipment, waste disposal, and hydrofluoric acid spill and emergency response.
