RSO is responsible for ensuring that radiation and radioactive material is
used safely at the University of Washington and associated facilities such as Harborview
Medical Center, UWMC, and facilities who receive Radiation Safety Support from
this office.
RSO staff are also available to answer questions and address concerns. Staff
may be contacted during the day at 206.543.0463.
All individuals are responsible to promptly report any condition which is
unsafe and/or may result in a violation of UW Radioactive Materials License
Conditions and Washington State Administrative Codes (WACs).
