EH&S Spill Assistance

EH&S provides spill assistance for minor spills. EH&S can:

• Give advice on spill hazards and protection
• Give advice on waste management after the spill has been cleaned
• Help you get a HazMat team to clean the spill
• Provide spill training (preferably beforehand!)

Much more information on Spill Preparedness and Cleanup can be found on the EHS website. We encourage that you keep appropriate spill kits available and do spill training in your lab to protect yourselves and your research, especially if you work with particularly hazardous chemicals.
