Requesting a Routine Waste Pickup

If you generate a type of waste on a regular basis for an extended period of time, you may request a routine collection. To qualify for a routine request pickup, the composition of the waste generated must be essentially identical each time.

This is an efficient process for collection that will shorten the time it takes EH&S to pick up your waste. After you've applied for routine waste pickup, your routine waste is assigned a number that is kept in our database. We already know your waste composition, regulatory codes, disposal options, and where you are located. All you have to do is email us when you are ready for us to pick up your waste.

Fill out a New Routine Collection Request Form to begin this process. They can be printed from our website or you can call 206.616.5835 to request that one be mailed to you.

Complete the form as shown below, with contact name and information. Indicate the name and amount of all chemicals and the percentage of each in the container, including water. Make sure that all percentages of each constituent in your waste add up to 100%. Fax or mail it to us.

After that, you only have to fill out the online form or call us with your assigned routine waste number if you would like us to pick up your waste.
